Little Bruins & FPNO

Our Foster Parents Night Out (FPNO) & other "Little Bruin" care & mentoring opportunities in the local public school & Celebrate Recovery allow our students the privilege of learning thru service by offering Foster care/Resource parents and School Teachers a much-deserved chance to be rejuvenated while their kiddos have a blast with University students!

This is a win/win/win! Not only do kids need to have fun with more trusted and regulated grown-ups in their lives, the resource parents of kids in foster care lack consistent breaks to rest and recuperate from their demanding roles. And it's not easy to find trusted, vetted and trained volunteers. Finally, it offers Fox students trauma-informed training on creating safe, healing and fun environments for kids who are going through a lot early in life.

We're always looking for more volunteers to assist with games, food prep, crafts, safety/security, nursery, playground activities and more. All skill levels and interests are welcome and needed, as long as you geninuinely care about these precious kiddos!

FPNO is made possible through a partnership with and .
