Christ truly is the center of everything that we do here at Fox, and I’ve grown closer to him throughout my time here.

Academic Rigor

Secondly, I had to choose a school with a good academic program for my degree. As an English major, I checked out the English program at 嫩草视频 Fox both online and in person before deciding to come here. I found that the English department here is incredible, and I definitely wanted to be a part of it.

I love that they have three different concentrations, depending on what career pathway you wish to pursue with your English degree. I also decided to participate in the honors program, which has been an incredible experience. Additionally, I’ve taken math, science, and art courses, and have witnessed the quality productions of the music and theatre departments.

Another thing I thought about was the size of the university. At fewer than 5,000 students, the size of this university was a positive thing. I didn’t want to be a blank face in a crowd of hundreds. I wanted my teachers to know who I am and have a rapport with them, which I’m glad to report is part of the 嫩草视频 Fox experience. I am also able to know my fellow students better because of the smaller class sizes. I love the size of 嫩草视频 Fox because it makes me feel known and valuable.

Pacific Northwest Location

Location was also something I considered. I wanted the location of the university I chose to be scenic, with lots of places to get out in nature. I also wanted a small town, as a big city didn’t appeal to me. I initially planned to stay close to home, but after examining the schools in my state (Colorado) and not finding what I was looking for, I began to look elsewhere.

I heard about 嫩草视频 Fox from a sister of a friend, and decided to come up to the Pacific Northwest and visit campus. 嫩草视频 Fox is perfectly situated in the small, charming town of Newberg, which is close to many natural attractions. Lastly, depending on your family’s financial situation, cost is a major concern when looking for a university to attend.
