Colors of Fall

The sights and sounds of fall in the Pacific Northwest are undeniable. As the seasons change and we approach the end of the semester, students trade sunny days on the quad for foggy mornings, hot drinks and holiday celebrations.

Chris Low has been the photographer in the Office of Marketing Communications since April 2018. As husband to a nurse and dad to a 7-year-old redhead, he likes to build with LEGOs, get tattooed, and drink tons of coffee. Sometimes, when in better shape, he likes to run long distance races in the forest.

College is a new experience for everyone. When you first step foot on campus you are starting an adventure like no other, but so are your parents, your siblings, your close friends, and familiar faces from back home. You are opening the door to a world of change. The people who have been there for you your whole life are also opening that same door of change, but it leads to a world in which you are no longer just a hollar away.
